tansfer masterroles of disconnected sever

when installing new w2k3 server (old one is gone for good) IIS6 cannot create
its useraccounts due to FSMO is not reachable.

The RID master has to be transfered from the old server (not here anymore)

ADUC and ntdsutils dont solve problem.

ANy help would be great.

You need to SEIZE the roles; not transfer them.

You say that ntdsutil don't solve the issue, have you tried to seize the
roles with it?
