Task Bar Colour?

I've seen screenshots of peoples' desktops with a different colour taskbar to
the provided silver and blue themes, and wish to change mine also- does
anyone know how to do this?

I'm hoping this is in the right place too, as I've not seen any questions
about things like this, but customizing is as close to the category I'm
looking for ^_^; Sorry if it doesn't belong here!

yes there is a software called xp styler or winxp style ...anyway search on
internet or DC++ and you will find it rigt away...

Windows Classic. Seriously.

I still haven't found a theme, third-party or not, I don't get sick of after
an afternoon. I've stopped wasting my time, and Windows Classic is
perfectly usable.
