Task bar showing up in full screen (dual monitor setup)

Recently been having this problem where I full screen in either one of my monitor and as soon as i click on the other one the task bar shows up. Following the advice of some forums I installed Display Fusion and disable the option for task bar to show up when losing focus but even then this keep happening. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Have you tried just locking the Taskbar? Right click on the Taskbar then select Lock the Taskbar and see if the same problem will persist or not.
