Question Task manager detect 8gb but cpuz detected 16gb?

Ive just build my new pc, the spec is a xeon x5550, 2x8gb ecc ram, x58 chinese mobo.
After i installed windows 11 on the pc and cpuz, i went to task manager and it only detected 8gb, but when i opened cpuz it detected 16gb.

When i went to bios it still detect 8gb of ram.

But when i open nzxt can under system spec it detects 2 stick of ram

So how can i solve this problem?
