[SOLVED] Task manager error

Recently, an error appeared to my friend when starting the task manager and so far nobody has solved it, not even me. It is a little strange because the task manager has always opened.

The error mentions Process Explorer which is available from here:

One of the things it allows you to do is replace Task Manager.

Run Process Explorer and from the Options menu choose "Replace Task Manager". You may have to do it twice. Then try Task Manager again to see if if works.
