Task Manager + Gaming Problems

Hello,
I am commenting too find out a problem I have constantly!
What happens when your disk hits 100% in Task Manager if your running a game. Could the problem be a not responding issue with the game because currently I constantly get a not responding issue with loading games etc. Or could it potentially be something with the CPU, not sure what happens when the CPU hits 100% in Task Manager though.

What I am honestly asking is when my game freezes during loading could it be that when the CPU or Disk hits 100% in Task Manager the problem or something else?

I believe my games freeze because my disk does hit 100% and then it not responds. If it is my disk how can I resolve this issue or fix it?

if you have other hdd, try using installing the game there. see what happens

Mhm too be honest that wouldn't be helpful since I don't have another hdd although I don't think that would be the solution. Do you think it could be another problem?
