I have a 9900kf at stock and I have a gigabyte aorus pro MB.
Cpu z and hwinfo it shows my clock rarely dip below 4.7 and it maybe goes to 4.699 or 4.698 etc... However in task manager it is showing 4.5-4.65 at the most even when under load.
when I first start my pc, I get an all core 5ghz until I start some programs. Even then task manager will show 4.9, it seems whatever cpu-z shows, task manager always shows ghz or 2 less.
I just wanted to ask if this is normal and wanted to know which one to believe. I am assuming task manager is wrong, but wanted to make sure.
