task manager issue? windows 10

so i dont know whats going on but my computer has been lagging. What i mean by that is ill do something like open task manager and all of a sudden my cursor wont move and will move like 5 seconds later. i cant open anything i cant ctrl alt delete again. so essentially my computer borderline freezes when i open or have task manager running. im not sure whats going on.

So you mean to say your task manager is not responding. A few weeks ago I have faced the same problem when I was in office. That time a system expert resolve the issue. But, I can't be seen what he was done. Then I research on the internet and I got a great link, where I find the step by step guide on this issue.
