Task Manager Lag

So ever since i attempted to dual book kali linux (it failed) and I had to totally wipe my SSD with my OS on it and redownload windows 10 onto my pc I've had tons of lag with things pertaining to my OS. When I right click it take 20-30 seconds for anything to show up, my search in my start bar takes forever to load and doesn't display anything in my other hard drive, and my task manager says that it is not responding for 30-40 seconds. I have no idea where to begin with fixing this.

Have you tried sfc / scannow? Can you please pass on your full system specs?

Have you performed a BIOS update for your system and subsequently installed all the latest drivers meant for your system?

Part of your problem is GPU related (that's the lag). Either reinstall or update your Graphics driver from the manufacturer. See where that gets you, then work on the others.

You also may have a corrupted ISO.
