Task Manager Memory Usage doesn't add up or memory leak?

Hello, I've built my own computer yesterday and I've been using it for 15 hours now and I've noticed something different, My apps doesn't even add up to 1 gb but it says I'm already using the 35-40% of my 8gb even when I only has 3 tabs on Google Chrome. Kindly refer to the pictures below.

Memory : 2x4 Hyper x Fury 2400 DDR4
Mobo : MSI H110M PRO-VH DDR4
GFX : HD 6670 2GB DDR5
Proc : i3-6100

It could be normal, although I am not 100% sure. Because i have 16gb RAM (50% more than 8gb) and I'm getting around 20 usage when idle.

Also note that your computer can't have all 8gb free, some of the memory is reserved for the system. But I would recommend you have someone elses take on this.

uh 16g 100% more. 50% more would be 12g

i idle around 20% on 16g win 10\

That is right my mistake.

8×100%=8+8=16
