Question Task Manager not showing hdds' performance (stuck at 0%)

Both Desks are at 100%
I just realized ethernet is stuck at 0 S/R too

edit* the CPU, memory and GPU utilization percentages seem stuck as well..

Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM010 - is SMR drive.
It is not suitable for installing windows on it.
You'll get high disk activity and inconsistent write performance with SMR drives.

Get yourself an SSD. No modern pc should be without it.
