task manager opens on boot

Task Manager has started opening when I boot my computer. I have checked the Startup file in All Programs and the file is empty. This just started. I use Task Manager I just don't want it opening on bootup. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like a virus. Try a malware bytes swep and chek your anti virus software if it old try one of the newer free ones or try booting from a free rescue virus cd or USB stick. Also try scan in safe mode.
