Task manager,regedit,gpedit.msc Disabled

Hello everyone,

The task manager, regedit, gpedit.msc all are not working in my computer. When i type these after clicking "windows" there is nothing happening.

please help me...thank you

Please explain? Did you use instant search to locate these programs and then click on them to open? Are there any specific error messages?

Forget it ... scanned with malwarebytes and everything got fixed (got some 150 threats).
