Task manager saying I am running at 800 MHz?

I have 2 1600 MHz sticks in my motherboard and I am checking CPU Z, task manager, and CMD but they all say 800. How do I fix that?

If you are running DDR3 1600 then a 800Mhz clock speed is correct.

Yeah, your ram is running correctly. DDR stands for double data rate, but cpuz is only showing the dram frequency so you have to multiply by 2.
