Task Manager Says I'm only using 3% of my network.

^ In the image above, It shows how much of my network is being used, which is 3%. Which i find hard to believe. I dont know how much service we are exactly paying for, but i cant understand why Task Manager would display that i'm only using 3% of my overall network. Help would be appreciated. I'm on a wired connection

Oh i think i get it now. Lol, that's showing the maximum throughput of my Ethernet cable I think. So, it actually has nothing to do with my internet.

In effect, yes.

It's showing the percentage of the total negotiated bandwidth between your PC and router only. Your PC has established a 100Mb/s link to the router, and the image is showing a current rate of 3Mb/s, which is 3% of the negotiated speed.

The Internet data must still pass through this path, but the percentage is not directly related to your ISP speed.
