Task manager says im using 90% of my memory?

I have 8GB of ram installed and when i clicked users in task manager, it says im using around 1.1Gb total. However, it says 90% of my ram. I don't understand whats going on.

You as a user may only be using that amount, but the system as a whole is using more. If you head on over to the 'Performance' tab and click on 'Open Resource Monitor', you can get a live view of what is being used by the whole system.....in graph, and in a sortable list.

Maybe you are reading the numbers inverted.
