Question Task Manager says I'm using way more RAM than actual usage. 20GB usage and around 9.5GB only being reported.

I installed process explorer but it still does not show the same via memory

Task manager isn't the best thing to use for tracking usage.
Process explorer is better if you run it as admin

it also only shows your user and not the other system controlled users, PC could be doing something else in background to use all that space... I can't guess what but its possible.

just as it never knows how fast my 3600xt is running, it says 4ghz, hwinfo says 400mhz, both can't be right.
