Task manager showing too much ram is being used

I've been having this problem for a while now. I can have nothing open but task manager tells me I am using far more memory then what the processes are telling me. Does it have anything to do with these page faults? I am very lost.

I ran a malwarebytes scan that brought up nothing..

Issue still happening after going thru memory diagnostics and such
