Question Task Manager shows my RAM running at 2133MHz only

According to Task Manager, my RAM is only running at 2133MHz, rather than its rated 3200MHz. Additionally, CPU-Z shows DRAM to be at 1064.5.
I'm running Corsair Vengeance Pro 4x8 3200MHz, paired with a R5 3600 on an B450 Aorus Elite V2. I've enabled XMP in the bios.

Would anyone know how I could go about reaching the rated 3200HMz?

I noticed a small mistake, accidentally said 1233, it should be 2133.

Yes. I even double-checked to make sure, and its 100% on.

Test with one stick of ram in the proper slot.
