[SOLVED] Task Manager

When i open task manager the CPU is on or around 50% and then within a second goes to 1% and stays at 1%, is this normal?
This happens even when im idle.

1. You're catching it populating task manager
2. You caught Windows 10 sneaking around so it went stealth.

Most likely #1 and mabey a bit of #2
Now while watching task manager open a window or app. How much processor now?

i opened ts3, it went to 8%CPU, i opened Steam and it went to 11%CPU

Have task mgr set to show higest Cpu usage, when opening try to catch what is displayed in the top row ( highest cpu usage)

hard to know for sure, maybe it was 'system interupts' or maybe 'taskmanager', but im not sure as im only catching it when it gets down to 5%.

it happened a while ago and i took a couple screen shots of the moment i open tank manager task manager screenshot. Is this normal?

A look at second screen shows no CPU and yet still at 62%,
if I had to guess I'd say your CPU % is off by a factor of 62% and you were only at 4% CPU usage.
Something is reporting wrong, Motherboard, Chipset, driver or windows 10 has a bug.

1. Update Bios
2. Update Chipset drivers
3. Reinstall windows

If you can live with it, wait and see it windows fixes itself thru updates.
