Question Task maneger is showing some things I havnt seen before and its worrying.

So today I went on my computer and I randomly went to go check taskmanager and Im seeing this? what could it possible be? when I right click I also get these options here
And when I click search online I see this im really panicking now anyone able to help?

I could disable them but what exactly is it? I dont remember seeing it there before, and if i disable it its still gonna be on my computer, I'm guessing it MAY be a windows update?
