[SOLVED] Task Scheduler keeps prompting for what program to open file with

Task Scheduler keeps prompting for what program to open file with
all im trying to do it open an excel file at a specific time which it attempts to open it but it says what type of program would you like to open this file with
and yes the default file types are set to excel for .xlsx etc. etc. anyone know the syntax or how to get this to open automatically ?

well to be clear I have selected the exact file i want to open im not searching anything also I just checked in index options and i see the file extensions for excel in there

i had my friend help me with this one so you run the program with the full file path in this case "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\EXCEL.EXE"

and add the argument (in task scheduler) "P:\admin\POP data\Schedule Completion.xlsx"
