Taskbar disappears when changing monitors/resolution

I auto hide my Taskbar. Whenever I change the resolution of one of my monitors, or turn on my TV, the windows Taskbar will disappear and only the outline would remain. Sometimes if I leave the start menu up, the issue doesn't happen. When changing resolutions again or turning off the TV, it will come back.

Any way to prevent/fix this?

Windows 10 was having this issue until the latest update. Ensure Win10 is fully updated and this should go away.

I made sure everything was updated last night and it still continues to make the taskbar disappear. I guess it's just an issue with windows.
