Taskbar icons automatically unpinning

I have a dell latitude laptop which I started using two days before, the problem is that when I pin any app like vlc or chrome or even file explorer in the taskbar and restart my pc, then taskbar simply goes empty it's not showing any pinned icons.

Also when I pin any previous app after restart all other apps become visible. Any method to make icons visible in the taskbar would be appreciated.

check in settings/accounts/sync your settings and turn off theme or all of it if you like. Windows may have a record of a previous install and is setting desktop to that whenever you logon - no, I don't know how to clear it, I wish I did as it sets my desktop to 1080p and that doesn't match my monitor

try creating a local account and see if same thing happens

The problem solved by itself when I just randomly restarted the laptop
