Taskbar icons keeps refreshing randomly

Hello everybody!

My Dell laptop started doing this thing a while back. Every so often all the icon in my taskbar refreshes (blink/flicker once). Sometimes while I'm on a full screen video the taskbar pops and then hides itself.

I fired "Process Explorer" and I was able to catch which process were activated when it happened and oddly enough they're all Windows stuff: RunTimeBroker.exe, svchost.exe and backgroungTaskHost.exe.

Any ideas why and how to stop this?

This usually happens when windows store is updating apps also when windows updates are being installed.

Just ignore it. Once apps are updated, this will stop.

Hello SkyNetRising! Unfortunately I think this is not the case. This is happening for wuite some time. I already installed new updates and there's no apps updating. This thing happens at least once every 30min... :/

It happens on the few systems that I operate. I just ignore it.
