Taskbar Issues on fresh Windows 8.1 PRO

I'm having this issue on my notebook, which I just installed windows 8.1 last night:

I never had these issues before(color and icons size), how can I change it to normal??

have you fixed it yet? Got the same problem...

EDIT: found the fix. just uninstall the update KB3072318 and the issue is fixed
