taskbar unclickable after 2 minutes

If on windows 7
ctrl-shift-del . Go to processes tab .. select explorer.exe and end task. Then go to applications tab. click new task and type explorer.exe there and click ok. This should make the taskbar clickable again
After this update your antivirus and do a full scan.
