Taskbar visible while fullscreen

When I go fullscreen on Youtube, Twitch, or games my taskbar shows over the screen. This happens on Chrome and Firefox. Please help!

Right-click on the task bar, click Properties Check the box, Auto-hide the task bar. BOOM!

I already fixed it by restarting my computer. And there is a glitch on Windows 10 where when you activate auto-hide taskbar, it will stay up and not go down.
