■ I did a system diagnosis on my pc, and got a report saying my taskhostw.exe is consuming 99.2% of my CPU, however when I check task manager, CPU is at 9%. Is this a virus?
UPDATE: I've done 2 virus scans with Bullguard antivirus and Malwarebytes and nothing turned up. I also downloaded Intel Extreme Tuning Utility to monitor my CPU and it also shows the usage to me about 10% when not gaming.

what did you run to get the diagnosis? run it again and see if you getting same results

only time i see it use anything high is when you 1st load task manager and it spikes then. Its not a virus since its part of win 10
Taskhostw.exe is part of the Windows 10 operating system, and starts DLL-based Windows services when the computer boots up. Thus, Windows 10 uses the taskhostw.exe file as a host for processes that execute as part of a DLL file rather than through an EXE. Like an executable DLL, a DLL contains executable code and resources that can be shared
