Question Taskmanager shows 3.9 GB of RAM. What happened to the 0.1?

I Have a Windows 10 Home X64 build 1909, Intel Core I3-5005U CPU @ 2.00 GHz 2.00 GHZ, 4.00 GB of RAM.
Windows taskmanager shows (currently) 2,7/3,9. What could it be?
Is there some way to free that 0.1?
