In North America the LekTCB100
is called AVT-8710. It seems to
have various names in many
countries. Very reasonable
US$190-250. I've found it to work well.

Also, it is not the same
manufacturer as for the
TBC-100/1000
I've tried the 1000, and the
picture was a bit soft
(probably means some roll-off
in the high frequencies -- this was
when the model first came out a few
years ago. Maybe it's better now).
