So here's the scoop I overclocked my ryzen 5 3600 on the Asus Rog strix b450-f. After doing so I rebooted and got back to My bios but couldn't boot to windows 10 bc my m.2 wasn't showing up in the boot tab so then I tried to revert the OC by going back to default system settings like the mobo manual says.
I've tried leaving the resetting Cmos for 6 hrs plus but Iik u only rlly need like 30 min. Tbh I have no idea what to do.
May try to see if i can take it to a pc shop in town.
P.S. I've had this pc for about 6 months never had an issue so.

Solution
Well I can't seem to reflash it. Maybe I did it wrong. Got the bios from Asus then unzipped the file and put it on a flash drive. Used the drive but nothing comes up on the display.

OK you have the Bios file.3103?
Did you rename the file to RX450FGM.CAP If you just put the unzipped file onto the USB then yes you did it wrong.
Also the file must be on it's own on a USB single partition formatted to FAT32.
Well, I have never heard of 6 hours and 30 minutes to reset the CMOS.
For that matter disconnect the power supply from the wall, remove the coin battery cell (most likely CR2032) for a minute or two and set it back into place OR use a metal object to short the battery leads on the motherboard and put it right back. That will reset all BIOS settings to the default values.

I'll give it another go ill let u know.

Well I tried that with no luck tbh I wanna believe I trashed either my mobo or just my bios in general. But I have no clue how to diagnose this issue. The led light is white which indicates a vga problem although I doubt the gpu or cpu are damaged.

If your unable to access Bios it may be because the Bios has been corrupted and needs a reflash.
HOW did you Overclock?
You can recover your Bios from the DVD or USB that contains the Bios file.
Use the Flash 3 utility in Bios to update to the latest Bios version.

Once done, Does your M.2 show up in Bios?
