I've built a new PC about a month ago, and I would get random BSODs. I tried re-installation of windows, using 3 different versions of windows 7 (Home, Pro, and Ultimate). After installation of windows, windows is stable for a while, I remember playing steam for two days(Not installing/downloading anything during that day), everything was fine, but then the computer would get BSODs. I tried to update the drivers, and I tried disabling the tcpip.sys(Which actually worked for temporary use). Here is all the hardware used in the build:

AMD FX-9590 4.7GHz 8-Core OEM/Tray Processor
LEPA AquaChanger 120 103.6 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
ASRock Fatal1ty 970 Performance ATX AM3+/AM3 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance Pro 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR3-2400 Memory
EVGA GeForce GTX Titan X 12GB HYBRID Video Card
[2x] Pioneer BDR-209DBK Blu-Ray/DVD/CD Writer
Seagate ST1000DM003 7200rpm HDD
Azza CSAZ-XT1 B ATX Full Tower Case
Rosewill Quark 650 Power Supply

Here is my unsolved thread about it: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2983486/bsod-build.html
