Hi!
Got a Mobo 780G chipset. Just a question because my board has a maximum 95W TDP processor support for AM2+. Too bad manufacturer of the board didn't release any AM3 support for 8850 x3.

Question is, if im going to put 8750BE, will I still be able to overclock it for atleast 3GHZ. I read reviewes of that procei and seems it can reach. Im just worried of my motherboard.

Right now I have 6000+ 89W installed and Can't hit 3.3GHZ with it. I can only clock it to 3.250. Even I max the voltage to 1.5V as well as pushing NB and HT voltage, still can't do it.

Well, with your comment, I think it doesn't really matter about TDP then. As long as processor can handle that speed. The one I have btw is a brisbane 65NM 89W TDP.
