Question TDP questions

Greetings I have an i5 8250u which is at 15w tdp according to intel xtu I just wanted to know is it dangerous to increase tdp to 25w which is according to intel site , or is it harmful to increase tdp beyond 25w limit please.help.

I wanted to increase tdp in intel xtu(turbo boost power max)
-are there any hazards related to that?
-does more power consumption from motherboard damage it , it's VRM , or charging adapter
-will it damage my cpu

Please help I have a laptop with i5 8250u
