[Moderator note: Moved post from Windows 10 category.]

So I bought a computer last month or so and I noticed that 2 of my games (War Thunder And DC Universe Online) often have a TDR failure. The crash is always for the same reason atikmpag.sys Thinking my Graphics drivers were out of date I went to the AMD site and downloaded the tool that installed the most up to date version of my graphic drivers. After making sure the graphics driver is up to date(which it is) however the problem continues. I have installed all the windows updates as well and don't know what else I could do to fix the issue. I don't know what information is needed but heres some of the system info:

System Model: HP Pavillion Desktop 590-p0xxx
System SKU: 3LA53AA#ABA
System Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 2200g with Vega 8 Graphics 3500 Mhz 4 cores

Also as a Post Edit I should note this BSOD seems to ONLY OCCUR in those 2 games. It seems ONLY MMOs cause it to occur.

Edit 2: After attempt in to run chkdsk my pc refuses to start.I have attempted to get into safe mode and it won't work. All I've done other than that is set the Tee delay to 8 and now there's Video Scheduler internal errors.

Other than can you make sure that your have all directX dlls in the system. Sometimes these things can be happen when there is less compatibility between the game and whatever the OS you using.

Try install this and check.

I can't. PC won't start. At all. Not even in safe mode. Just sits there with a black screen on the tv.

Unplug all the HDDs including DVD (if you have) and try turn it on with only RAM+CPU.
It will bit easier if can reach BIOS at least.
