Very likely the same as for the Thief: Deadly Shadows game itself.
WinXP/2000
Intel Pentium IV 1.5 GHz or equivalent
256MB memory (I recommend at least 512 MB, and I'm running 1.5 GB myself,
which seems enough)

There are also recommendations for graphics cards. Search Eidos
Interactive's site for the game, you should be able to find the full specs
there.
