Question Team T-force Xtreem ARGB 4000mhz not working properly

Hi guys,

I got a 2x8 GB of Xtreem ARGB 4000mhz kit yesterday.
CL 18-22-22-42, Hynix A-Die.

I put it on the computer, 9700K, MSI Z390 ACE.
Then when i try to play pubg, it will crash the game once in the lobby.
Then I tried MHW, it will crash the computer in 5 mins. (blue screen)

I turned on the XMP in BIOS but i did not tweak anything else.
Anyone knows why it is not working for me?

Full system specs, including make/model, of the power supply? Is your bios up to date?

EVGA 850 GQ, 970 EVO 1 TB, MSI 2080 TI X TRIO, I7-9700K, MSI Z390 ACE MOBO
BIOS IS 7B98V16.
I also have a txt files saved from cpu-z but i cant find a way to upload it here.

Anything else you may need?

There is a bios update, though still in beta, for ram compatibility. Your ram is not on the QVL list, either. To be frank, anything over 3200, on an Intel system, is a waste. You could try manual setting your ram speed to a slower speed.
