You can already get Team Force 2x16 kits at 6000 CL30 for $264 and those come with RGB and other unnecessary nonsense. These meat & potatoes sticks will provide optimum memory performance at only very high prices. Probably around $220 - so only double what equivalent speed DDR4 costs.
