It seems that you tested the MSI AMD motherboard with a bios prior to the
AMD AGESA PI 1.0.0.7c BIOS update released in MSI bios version 7D70v18. Does the latest version improve performance for DDR5 memory speeds from 6000-6600 or only enable higher DDR5 speeds eg 7000-8000?

The 8 core Ryzen is mainly CPU limited for most of your testing. A Ryzen 7950 might have magnified any memory differences and is more similar to the 24 core intel 13990K that you also tested.

This review doesn't give this RAM enough credit. No credit for being able to achieve that speed and timings at only 1.25V, less than all the others and no credit for same or better secondary timings than most of the others.

At only 1.25V, it's in a league of its own.

Yeah, I found this doesn't give enough credit for this RAM on Intel systems too. You get roughly the same results for RAMs with good support on Intels like the Trident and Ripjaws. I saw another review that also bashes this one on Intel while being close to a Trident Z5 @7200. Anyways, these are super cheap. Overclocking it to 6400 at 1.4v seems to improve a bit the stats according to the guru3d reviews.
