Anyone know what the pinout of the 4-pin connector on the opto board is?

Same as an atari opto... check the centipede schems.

Ok, but I don't have a wiring harness for it, and the boards aren't exactly
the same. I'm not even sure the optos on it are good. So if you're looking
at the board as it would be when the controller is mounted, how is it wired?

Hello,

I am a bit of a newbie at this, but currently I have in my lap a spare
Arkanoid control panel with the spinner, fire button and opto board, as well
as the manual opened to the Opto-Coupler PCB schematic page. With the
control panel oriented correctly for game play, the wires coming from the
header pins of the PCB going from left to right, are Red/Yellow, Black, Red,
and Green/Blue. According to the schematic, the pin numbers in this
orientation are 4, 3, 2, 1. Pin 4 is "Left", Pin 3 is "GND", Pin 2 is
"+5V", and Pin 1 is "Right".

Hope this helps!

Regards,
Dan

Why not look at the manual?
