tech: go7 monitor chassis

i have a go7 monitor chassis i pulled from a pac-man and it powers up but it
comes up with a blank screen. it has a new cap kit and flyback installed.
anyone know how to fix this? or are there any web sites out there that could
help me out. thanks in advance
