I have a Evga 06G-p4-2791-KR Gtx Titan it worked good until I saw a spark on power up chip seems to say 5mo

So my question is where would I find said chip if not then does anyone know where I could send it to get fixed

That looks like it so I'll do some research to make sure it has the same capabilities as the original one on the gpu and if so well we will see how that goes thank you.
