Researched many threads...had to resort to this.
Have a 19" Wells gardner in a Capcom Bowling machine and the screen is
showing all green with vertical lines ( jail bars???).
I have moved around the adjustments and nothing...
Any suggestions/opinions/help would be appreciated.

a pic would be very helpful

but it sounds like a monitor problem, since the pcb is fine.

it could be that the green gun in the monitor is stuck on, but the
vertical lines make it a either a vertical or horiznal problem.

but we need more info. which type of wg monitor, and i dont know if
capcom bowling is a horizonal or vertical game, was the monitor working
before and has all of the sudden have this problem, did you have to
make some monitor adjustments slowly over the past few years or months.
and color adjustments over that same time period?

but my first try would be to do a cap kit first. which generally takes
care of 50-75% of most problems.

when we would have to figure out the vertical lines and lastly the
green.

As Jet27 so eloquently stated:

Have you tested the pcb with another monitor?

Sounds more like the monitor isn't getting a good signal.
