all I get is the garbage you see in the photos,I have a different board that
works,so I know its not the machine,I tried Two Bits repair board,and get
the same thing,

Looks like a possible ram error to me. If you have a working board,
the easiest thing to do is start swapping socketed chips one at a time
to see if that fixes it. I'd start by swapping all 6 2114 rams first.

Actually that looks very much like a bad sync buss card card and or socket,
or a bad cpu and or socket. It comes up with that garbage and doesn't
change, right? If it's a Ms Pac, change the cable to the daughtercard.

I do repairs if you need one fixed but I'd try those things first.

Have fun if you are going to try to use Radio Shack tools to replace the
sockets. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. I lift a trace every now and then
and I have a $300ish soldering/desoldering station.
