Hey all

Ok, I got the game in the new cabinet, had a few issues but we worked
them out, except the last problem, that is driving me nuts! The
controls on the coin door will not work, I am using the same coin door
and boards and such that I had working in the game before. The coin
door did work for a little bit on and off yesterday, but then totally
stopped, and will not work now, Please give me some hints/help if you
can, I really need to finish this off, it is driving me nuts to be this
close!!

Thanks
Steve

Did you remember to plug the door in to the coin door interface board ?
Check the backs of the switches to be sure they aren't shorting to metal.
Get your meter out and check continutiy from the door to the coin door
interface board, could have a break in the harness. If still persists, check
back of coin door interface board for shorts, then check the wiring from the
door switches back to the cpu, if all good in the work you may have shorted
the LM339 on the cpu. LTG :)

If you have another door, swap it in and see if the problem goes away.

If the problem goes away, you know it is a problem with the door. Start
going over that test switch mechanism and any other wiring/conectors.
