Hey all,
I turned my Robotron on today to play a few games it played for 5 min and
got a rug pattern I immediately turned it off opened the coin door and
turned it back on to see if I got a error message and the +5vdc/+12vdc
unregulated fuse (FS7) was glowing red.......Any ideas?

Get a meter and check your voltages first - make sure everything is in spec.
Does it have a switcher or is it a factory power supply?

Ok still looking for help. I have been replacing fuses to try to track down
the problem still no luck. All the the chips on the board stay cool to the
touch. Fuse F-7 (+12 unreg +5vdc) after 5 min will burn the hell out of your
finger and will blow about 5 min after that. This has a ram upgrade on this
if that helps. What would you check next???????

It has a factory PS and all voltages are good.

what's the +12 unreg go to (lights?) (sorry don't have the schematics
handy.. they're in the garage and I'm still in my jammies)?

I'd check to see that it's not shorting out threw something...

turn it off and see what the resistance to ground is (take the fuse out
first).
