Good afternoon before I get into my issue, here are the spec's of the computer and monitor:
Purchased: 02/10/2011
Lenovo Desktop Vr. DPKT13A
Mainboard: Unknown (Refer above)
CPU: Intel Core i3 2100
GPU: None
RAM: DDR3 8GB RAM
Monitor: Samsung SyncMaster 740BX
This desktop is used for just financial work for a business. It is not gaming computer. The issue that I am having is occasionally I will notice wavy lines going across the screen, and occasionally experience headache's from looking at the monitor for a long period of time. Are these signs of my monitor needs replacing with a better refresh rate? Or should I purchase a graphics card for the computer and have it hooked up through the GPU instead of the motherboard itself? Looking forward to the answers given. Thanks
