technicolor Bigpond tg587n v3 (VPI and VCI setting issue) HELP!!!!!!!!!

I am residing in India and applied for local connection. I tried to configure my wifi-router and entered the required username and password provide by my service provider but couldn't access the internet, late found that the VPI and VCI values were 8,35 which is the one used I used in Australia.

I want to change the value of VPI and VCI to 0,35 as per local ISP requirement but couldn't find any editable option to edit the values in the gateway.

Please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All information available for your TG587 points to Australia, and you will probably need to get an ADSL modem locally.
