Tecknet Audio Adapter microphone jack doesn't work.

Audio adapter microphone port doesn't pick up any sound so my microphone is useless.

I got the audio adapter in the first place as my sound card was faulty in my PC.

I use a hyper X cloud stinger headset and use it's splitter to allow it to work but nothing actually works.

Did you contact support to get another one? Did you try another mic to make sure it's the port and not the headset or other issue aside from the USB sound card?

I've returned it and I'm waiting for another branded one. I've heard that this one is usually faulty for the mic port.
